1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.


2. Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, we currently deliver to 380+ cities across Pakistan.


3. Are shipping charges applied to my order?

Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.


4. Can I pick up my order from a physical store?

Yes, you may choose to collect your order from any TYMO physical outlet, subject to order confirmation and availability. Our team will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.


5. How many delivery attempts are made?

Our courier partners make a maximum of two delivery attempts. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.


6. What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.


7. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Returns are not applicable for change of mind. However, exchange options are available, subject to product condition.


8. Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?

Items that have been used, washed, or returned without original tags and packaging may not be eligible.
