Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.


Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver to 380+ cities across Pakistan, ensuring wide nationwide coverage.


Store Pickup Option

  • Customers may also choose to pick up their orders from any TYMO physical outlet, subject to order confirmation and availability.

  • Our team will notify you once your order is ready for collection.


Shipping Charges

  • Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at the checkout page before order confirmation.


Courier & Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners operate on working days only. Deliveries are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Orders placed during this time are dispatched on the next working day.

  • A maximum of two (2) delivery attempts are made for each order.


Important Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including house number, street, area, and a nearby landmark to avoid delays.

  • Orders should be received in proper packaging. If a parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please inform our support team promptly.
