Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to 380+ cities across Pakistan, ensuring wide nationwide coverage.

Store Pickup Option
Customers may also choose to pick up their orders from any TYMO physical outlet, subject to order confirmation and availability.
Our team will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at the checkout page before order confirmation.

Courier & Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners operate on working days only. Deliveries are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Orders placed during this time are dispatched on the next working day.
A maximum of two (2) delivery attempts are made for each order.

Order Processing (Service)
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Customers will receive order updates via WhatsApp or SMS.
Each product is quality-checked before dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including house number, street, area, and a nearby landmark to avoid delays.
